You have to take the admission in NIT or IIT on your own and you also have to apply for pmsss together with the proper document verification. The difference is you don't have to do the choice filling and instead you have to upload the Bonafide of the college in which you have taken the admission.
You have to select professional stream while doing your registration for pmsss.
