Can I get DTU in second round

I have 98.4 % marks and 8n first round counselling I didn't get DTU can I get DTU in second round and howany chances are there

If a student who is allotted seat in the first round will not go for admission then you will get the seat in DTU subject to your marks.

Please use the vacant option on the choice filling portal to get an idea if the seats are vacant  or not.
