Sir i want to upload my continuation for 4 sen but the tab is not yet opn in institute login plzz update my portal that i can upload my continuation

Sir, I am a student of 18-19batch i got only 20k for 5th sem.(2020-21) and now my name is also not showing in college login portal to upload continuation for next semester? I called aicte helpline they said to upload sanction order but where to upload when my name is not showing n there is no other option to upload?
