What if i apply for pmsss after 3 or 4 years of passing 12th even i have applied for pmsss right after 12

you can apply only with 1 year Gap that is if you passed in 2022 you can apply in 2022 or 2023 not in both years. ( Note : Scholarship is provided for one year only)
