Is there any way to get college under PMSSS, in LAW based on 12th percentage, Similar to Engineering colleges?

I am looking for information regarding getting admission in LAW colleges after 12th under PMSSS, few ways I came across through this platform is clearing the CLAT exam but is there any alternative to CLAT? Especially 12th percentage.
