No , to take admission in any college you will need to participate and have to play within the rules set by AICTE counselling committee . Moreover if you did so you will not get any scholarship as their is only a 10% chance that you will be alloted with symbiosis college of arts and commerce  through the counselling process among about 30,000 other applicants .
