Sir , I failed in 12 th once and also I have a drop year after passing 12 th can I apply for this scholarship ?

Yes you can apply. Once you are passed from 12th , you have two years to apply for PMSSS i.e you can apply for the year in which you are pass out from 12th and next year , but not after that.
