yes obviously as in iits and nits student who get scholarship through pmsss are from on by own process not directly, what the scenerio is that if you got a college from pmsss counselling itself than whatever will be the fee it was paid by aicte or they will decide what to do or not you dont have to worry about it but if you get college through josaa or csab or other form of councilling and appplied for pmsss scholarship pmsss through on by own than for the maximum fees paid by aicte for engineering is 1.25 lakh per annum and for mbbs check it on pmsss/aicte websites . as all iits and nits sc/st tution fee are 100 percent weivers so you dont have to pay but for general check as per the mentioned criteria .
